DESCRIPTION: Chamomile hydrosol is a pure distilled extraction of chamomile flowers. Chamomile is well-known in skincare for its anti-inflammatory and skin-soothing benefits. It is especially good for sensitive skin and baby skin.

Ideally used up to 1-50% of the water phase of formulations without the additional need for fragrance. Our hydrosols come preserved for a longer shelf life.

Chamomile Hydrosol is a product of the steam distillation of chamomile flowers. It has a delicate herbaceous fragrance with subtle floral notes.

Chamomile Hydrosol can be used directly on the skin. It can also be used as part or all of the water phase for nonionic or cationic creams and lotions for face or body, as well as in room and body sprays. 

In holistic medicine, Chamomile is said to have the ability to calm irritated, red skin and rashes. Consider it for tonics and anti-inflammatory lotions and toners. Add it to ironing and linen spritzers for a warm, botanical scent!
