ADIORA Return Policy

At ADIORA, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality fashion pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a one week return policy under the following conditions

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

·      Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

·      Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached

·      Returns must include the original packaging and proof of purchase (receipt)

 REFUND POLICY

·      Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is approved.

·      Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responding for return shipping cost unless item is defective or incorrect

·      If item is returned damaged, worn or missing tags, the return will be rejected and no refund will be made

HOW TO INITIATE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

·      Direct message on WhatsApp or IG within 48 hours of receiving with reasons for return

·      Wait for approval and return instructions

If you receive a damaged , defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48hours of delivery with photos  for replacement or refund
