At Lush Bedsheets, we take pride in providing high-quality bedsheets, towels, pillows, and baby cot duvets. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict No Refund Policy in place.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed and processed, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
    •    Change of mind
    •    Wrong size or color selection by the customer
    •    Personal preference

Exchanges & Replacements

We only offer exchanges or replacements in the case of:
    •    Defective or damaged products upon arrival
    •    Incorrect items received due to our error

To be eligible for an exchange or replacement:
    •    You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
    •    The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
    •    Clear photo evidence of the defect or wrong item must be provided.
