We only accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if there is an issue caused by us, such as:

• Damaged item
• Wrong item delivered

In such cases, requests must be made within 2-3 days after receiving your order.

Please note:

• Items that are worn, torn, or soiled may result in a partial refund or forfeiture of payment. Kindly handle garments with care until you've decided to keep them.
• Items can be exchanged for other products within the same price range, subject to availability.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for size preferences or change of mind

REFUNDS

• Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
