• Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of the United Kingdom, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence, or prevents investigation of any offence, or is insulting any other nation.
• Shall not be false, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Shall not, directly or indirectly, offer, attempt to offer, trade, or attempt to trade in any item, the dealing of which is prohibited or restricted in any manner under the provisions of any applicable law, rule, regulation, or guideline for the time being in force.
• Shall not create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers.

You shall not use any “deep-link,” “page-scrape,” “robot,” “spider,” or other automatic device, program, algorithm, or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Website or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Website or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents, or information through any means not purposely made available through the Website. Urban Gro reserves the right to bar any such activity.

Services

General Terms of Delivery

Once an order has been confirmed, we will take steps to keep you updated as to the expected delivery date and time. Specifically, upon dispatch of the order to your designated delivery location, we will keep you informed as to the estimated delivery time. Kindly note that our delivery partners will only wait for a maximum period of 15 minutes at a particular location before moving. Once the 15-minute waiting time has elapsed, the delivery partner will move to the next location, and a further request for delivery will attract an additional cost on your part. Any incident of refusal to pay the applicable costs will result in a refund of the purchase amount, subject to such deductions as Urban Gro may determine. Where any change to the delivery date is done by you after an order has been dispatched, Urban Gro will not be liable for any change in the quality of the items due to the change in delivery date. Where an order is cancelled after being dispatched, Urban Gro shall refund the purchase amount subject to a cancellation fee as to be determined by Urban Gro.

Also, please note that our delivery partners are not obligated to enter into your home space for security reasons. Home space refers to inside your house and in your compound. Accordingly, orders will be deemed delivered once the product has entered into the premises. Kindly note that our delivery partners have been instructed to decline any request granting them access into personal quarters of our customers.

Upon delivery of the order to you, you will inspect the delivery within the timeframe of 10 minutes to ensure that they meet the specification requested.

Where the order is placed by a customer for delivery to a third party, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to the goods which occurs after the goods have been inspected and accepted by the third party. Payment

Breach
