Due to the nature of hair, skin, and body care services, the following refund policy applies:

1. Hair, Skin & Body Care Products

Because these products are personal and hygiene-sensitive:
    •    Opened or used products are strictly non-refundable.
    •    Unopened products may be returned within 3 days.
    •    Items must be in original packaging and unused.
    •    Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

2. Skin & Body Treatments

Services including:
    •    Facials
    •    Body treatments
    •    Massage therapy
    •    Hair treatments

Are non-refundable once performed.

If dissatisfied, notify us within 24 hours.
We may offer a correction session at our discretion.

3. Allergic Reactions

We are not responsible for allergic reactions where:
    •    Patch test was declined
    •    Ingredients were known allergens to the client
    •    Medical conditions were not disclosed

4. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

They may be transferred once if proper notice (24–48 hours) is given.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
    •    Contact us within 48 hours
    •    Provide photo evidence
    •    We will arrange replacement or refund where appropriate

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
