She is extremely patient and checks up on you to find out how the treatment is going. My review on the products I purchased will be in two parts. The first part will be a review on my hair while the second part will be a review on my daughter’s hair. I have had alopecia for a while and I have tried everything to no avail. Initially I was dealing with hair loss around the crown but my edges had no issues and then I started to wear wigs daily and sadly I lost my edges. I started my journey with b_natural protectives about 5weeks ago and my edges are doing better but we are not there yet. I started noticing little hairs sprouting out in areas that were shining around the crown of my head . I am still battling with itchy scalp so we switched the hair care regimen a few days ago to address that issue. We still have a long way to go but I can see changes compared to when I started my treatment. I also purchased products to treat my daughter’s hair which was breaking. We started off the treatment and we are not done yet but instantly her is now so soft and shiny. I got more than I bargained for, I wasn’t expecting the hair to become so soft immediately. The daily routine is quite easy to follow through and the hair products smell quite nice . The hair butter smells really lovely and has this smooth feel. Hi I am from the USA and I was searching on the internet for Products for my hair I came across b naturals products I also was reading that there products was authentic . So I ordered the oil and the powder at first I just used the oil and water regimen and right off I notice that my hair was very soft and not dry .the oil just didn’t set on top of my hair it was infused in my strands . A week or so later I used the powder regimen and it was amazing !!!!!! Within one week I saw amazing results I saw new hair in spots that was very thin Plus my hair was even thicker . First of I must say that this lady is very pleasant, super helpful and well knowledgeable about the product she is offering. Next- her chebe butter smells so good and makes my hair super moistures. I love the fact that she keeps in touch throughout the entire process from purchasing to delivery. She kept an open line of communication and provide information on each phase of the purchase. After I received my products (chebe powder and karkar oil) she helped me understand the proper usage and offered to provide additional support when needed. You should definitely try out her stuff the butter smells amazing and the chebe powder likewise. Love everything about these products that is offered by b_natural protectives.
