1. Services & Products

BNatural Protectives provides:
    •    Haircare treatments and styling
    •    Skin care treatments
    •    Body care treatments
    •    Massage therapy
    •    Facial treatments
    •    Beauty consultations
    •    Retail sale of hair, skin, and body care products

All services and products are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Client Health Disclosure

Before receiving any skin, body, or massage treatment, clients must disclose:
    •    Skin conditions (eczema, acne, psoriasis, dermatitis, etc.)
    •    Allergies (cosmetic, fragrance, nut oils, etc.)
    •    Pregnancy or breastfeeding status
    •    Medical conditions
    •    Recent surgeries
    •    Current medications (especially retinol, Accutane, blood thinners)

Failure to disclose relevant medical information releases BNatural Protectives from liability for adverse reactions.

3. Patch Testing (Skin & Body Treatments)

For certain treatments or products, a patch test may be required at least 24 hours before service.

BNatural Protectives is not responsible for allergic reactions if a patch test was declined.

4. Appointments & Bookings
    •    Appointments must be booked in advance.
    •    A non-refundable deposit may be required.
    •    Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened service or cancellation.
    •    No-shows result in loss of deposit.

5. Deposits
    •    Deposits are non-refundable.
    •    Deposits may be transferred once with at least 24–48 hours notice (customize this to your policy).

6. Payments
    •    Full payment is due before or immediately after service.
    •    Product orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
    •    Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Product Usage & Results Disclaimer

Results from hair, skin, and body care products vary based on:
    •    Skin type
    •    Hair type
    •    Lifestyle
    •    Medical conditions
    •    Consistency of use

We do not guarantee identical results for all individuals.

8. Hygiene & Safety Policy

For safety reasons:
    •    We reserve the right to refuse service to clients with contagious conditions.
    •    Tools and equipment are sanitized between clients.
    •    Used cosmetic and body care products cannot be resold.

9. Limitation of Liability

BNatural Protectives shall not be held liable for:
    •    Allergic reactions where the medical history was not disclosed
    •    Misuse of products
    •    Failure to follow aftercare instructions
    •    Individual dissatisfaction based on unrealistic expectations

10. Intellectual Property

All brand materials, including:
    •    Product formulas
    •    Brand name
    •    Logo
    •    Images
    •    Training materials
